from APRIL to OCTOBER 2023, I managed seven accounts spanning property, automotive products, and F&B, which included clients like Gamuda Cove, CPI, Southville City, and X1R while contributing to content creation of the remaining nine accounts as well.

I crafted monthly content calendars and executed content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. This resulted in successful social media campaigns that boosted engagement and brand loyalty.

from june to august 2020, i interned in the strategy department of kingdom digital, a digital and social marketing agency.

I've worked on a number of projects with Kingdom Digital that cannot be published but here are some of the skills I have acquired along the way!

being the first intern in company history to lead a social media retainer proposal and having the chance to pitch the proposition to the client helped me to realise my potential in project management and have a greater understanding of digital marketing as a whole.

other areas in which I worked in are analysing market trends such as consumer sentiments and observations which allowed me to Manage competitor analysis reports for 5 accounts each month. additionaly, I Coordinated with other departments to execute and curate pitches and campaigns while Contributing to campaign ideation during internal pitches.
Overall, I have improved and gained skills in the areas of Marketing Strategy, Data Analysis, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Project Management, communication and creativity.

Social Media Manager, Content Creator & Writer (Internship)
from january to march 2020, i interned in the sustainability communications department of ecoknights, a non-governmental environmental organization.
​
I found myself to be very much involved in copywriting, design, managing social media accounts, participating or running events, partaking in and producing podcasts, videography, photography as well as video production. Partaking in events like ‘GPark Rangers’ and ‘LogBoom Clean-ups’ as well as wholly producing videos like the ‘KLEFF Video Message from Festival Director’ proved useful in my pursuit to put myself to test and improve in the process.
Overall, I have improved and gained skills in the areas of graphic design, social media, video production, event management, professional communication and time management.

Solely managed KLEFF social media pages by producing all visuals, videos and copy, as well as a year-long content calendar.

Kick-started the podcast effort at the company curating new content for the social media pages
website copy
helped with ideas on the design and picked out the majority of the photos that are displayed on the website.
Also did a handful of the copy for the website, including most of the content displayed on the homepage.
kleff social media
aside from planning the social media posts for the entire year, I produced a lot of content for them that have either already been posted or were to be posted in the near future.
this included graphics and video content as well as Ithe copy for all of the content including captions.
certain templates and formats were continually used after my departure.
knightwatch
curated the working framework for the flagship program in relations to knightwatch, a platform where the company could sell their communication services to other NGOs and companies.
ecoknights social media
While primarily producing content for KLEFF social media, I was also tasked with producing some content for the EcoKnights social media pages.
Along with the visuals and video content, I also produced the copy and captions to go with the posts.

aside from shooting and producing video content, i had the opportunity to have full creative control over multiple videos such as kleff message from festival director and Chinese new year 2020.
disco parts-ty
coordinator & Head of Logistics
from september to december 2022, i headed the logistics team and coordinated with other team leaders to carry out the disco parts-ty event, a 80's themed party in conjunction with the performing arts club which had a total of 124 guests.
I oversaw a team of 4 and worked with 7 other team leaders including the 17 other individuals in the respective teams.

aside from being in charge of event planning, i created strategic logistics solutions through drafting proposals, meeting relevant parties to sort of particulars and creating packing lists, itineraries as well as floor plans. I was also in-charge of the purchasing majority of the items needed, decorations, setup, coordination and various other responsibilities on the event day such as stage management.

fundraising and event space proposals
single-handedly curated the fundraising space proposal and significantly contributed to the event space proposal.

aside from the textual content, I had to create a floor plan and emergency evacuation plan by recceing the site.
This also involved meeting with many relevant parties to get approvals and discuss particulars.
packing lists
introduced the idea of having a packing list in order to both ensure that all we needed was purchased before the event and that the individuals assigned to particular items were responsible for bringing them on the event day.

This ensured that all the items were organised as well as allowed for me to make suggestions based on the budget with the treasurer to avoid overspending.
​
the lists were used liberally which managed to secure the fluidity of the event.
event management
contacted a wide number of individuals to seek approval for a variety of items as well as discussing workarounds for issues that arised with with the rules and regulations regarding the event space.
the new nrml
coordinator & Head of Legal team
As the head of the legal team for the New NRML online event organized by the students of IACT College, I was responsible for creating contracts and disclaimers for artists, vendors, fitness personnel, and giveaway winners. I oversaw legalities throughout the event, from anticipating copyright issues to managing sponsors. Despite not having a law background, I rose to the challenge and achieved an impressive outcome, proving my capability beyond my expectations.

we managed to secure names like ili ruzanna, time machine, asyrfnsir, advents, senja and dubai tax fare. we were also featured on bfm's i love kl podcast which aired on national radio as well as got published on their online platforms.
​
Furthermore, as a cooridinator, i worked together with other team leaders to coordinate the event from the lead-up to the day of. being the first batch to create this event amidst the very start of the pandemic, iact college continues to carry out events under the new nrml name.
overall, i have gained skills in the areas of risk management, negotiation and communication, time management, organization, leadership and team management, problem-solving and decision-making, attention to detail, public relations and marketing.
